CTD Care Services Ltd offers a comprehensive range of personal and practical supported living services. The care services are tailored to meet your individual needs and can be provided on a short-term or long-term basis. we provide support and advice to you as the person receiving care and your representatives and will ensure that the care is delivered in a safe and respectful manner. We will ensure that you are kept informed of any changes to your plan of care.
We are based in Carmarthen and our geographical area covers, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion counties. Our services are provided within the West Wales regional partnership board. CTD Care Services Limited is a privately owned domiciliary care provider which offers compassionate care to:

Day Centre Support
As individuals you are entitled to make decisions and choices about your daily lives and activities, therefore you could be attending the Day Centre on set days. You will be supported in your decisions to take reasonable risks especially when our staff are supporting you in the Day Centre (Local Authority run). Care workers could be required to support different individuals.

We provide practical care solutions for those returning home from hospital. We work with other services to complete assessments and match care packages with experienced staff. We understand the importance of recovery and we collaborate with you to achieve your outcomes, if you need to attend different services for example physiotherapy, speech and language therapy we support you.
Key personal, practical and social support provided include:
- Personal care
- Toileting support and continence requirements
- Medication administration
- Manual handling and positioning in bed
- Nutrition and hydration & supporting with meals
- Budgeting and petty cash/money management
- Handling personal possessions, laundry, ironing
- Reporting on safeguarding concerns, unsafe practices, equipment
- Reporting and recording daily activities, care plans, mar charts
- Support in all aspects of social inclusion
- Encourage maintaining of existing relationships with family & peers
- Support with assistive technology in the home
